Anonymous Buyer Agent Service

As a Buyer's agent we offer a 'complete anonymity' service whereby your details are not revealed to the vendor; their representatives or advisors. If, for any reason, your details need to be disclosed, for example on purchase contracts if you are not using a shell company or a nominee , we ensure that that all third parties sign a legally binding non - disclosure agreement prior and only after consultation with you or your appointed signatory.

Why do we offer an anonymity service? Quite simply because some of our clients request it. Let's say, as an example, you are a well know television or film personality, you may be worried that the price for a property you are looking to purchase might be artificially inflated because of your perceived ability to pay a higher price. It is more common though that some of our clients do not wish for the address of their private abode to made public, they prefer to remain private when not in the spotlight.

Anonymous purchasing isn't just for the high profile business owners or celebrities

Sometimes its too awkward to buy from a friend or a neighbour or just someone you know so we step in and manage the process for you. In commercial purchases where you maybe wanting to buy out a competitor you may (and often do) want to keep your identity out of the vendors decision making process, it could for financial, political or just personal reasons, we are here to assist and take all the hassle way.

What's involved with utilising this service?

It's really straight forward, just let us know right at the begging and we'll put all the processes in place and work with your appointed signatory if you prefer. We use pseudo names on all our paper work so even if someone else does manage to glimpse some paperwork they shouldn't they still will not know the actual identity of our client.

Are there any additional fees for this service

Other than the cost or preparing the non-disclosure agreement(s) there is no additional charge for this service.

What about viewings

We carry out all the preliminary inspections on your behalf, once the property or properties are ready for your inspection we can carry out private video tours giving you access without you having to be there. We can also carry out searches, fact finds and surrounding suburb reviews on your behalf.
