Fees and Services

Single Engagement  (one-off property purchase)

Fee :  $2,000 + GST   

Payable on signing of Buyer Agreement

  • Single property Search and find. 
  • Suburb(s) profile
  • Representation and contract negotiation
  • Bidding on behalf at auction

Success Fee* : 1.5% of purchase price + GST

Payable on settlement of the purchase

  • Assistance with Contraction Completion
  • Full representation on behalf of client
  • Assistance with finding related services including but not limited to:
  • Removalists
  • Interior designers
  • Property Management
  • Maintenance contractors


Retainer Engagement

Fee : $12,000 + GST p.a.

  • Unlimited number of property acquisitions
  • Access to full suburb profiles,
  • Full representation at all negotiations including
  • Auctions,
  • Trade services and body corporates for the year*




Retainer Success Fee 2% +GST   for the first $1m of purchase value

Decreasing to 1% +GST for each successive purchase.

Payable on settlement of the purchase.

This option includes:

  • Ongoing representation and for items related to the property,
  • Representing you in person when any form of physical attendance is needed
  • Body Corporate meetings
  • Maintenance contractor meetings
  • Property management inspections with the management company on your behalf.

The retainer service gives you access to a fulltime real estate professional that also acts on your behalf taking care of your interests. This role normally involves the Gold Coast Buyers Agent signing a Non-Disclosure agreement in your favour so that any and all information related to you, your purchases and your portfolio is fully protected.

*Success fees payable on settlement of purchase, Please note, if no purchase is made within 12 months there is a $8,000 +GST non completion fee that becomes payable.  This amount will be credited back the client agaisnt a sucess fee, if a purchase occurs with 12months of the fee being paid.
